ORDINANCE NO. 12303
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF EL MERCADO DEVELOPMENT, SECTION TWO, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, El Mercado, Inc., David R. Goller, President, owner of the real estate
F hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being
located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:

t Part of the southeast quarter of Section 4, Township 44 North, Range
12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly
described as follows:
From the southeast corner of said Section 4; thence S 860 19' 00"W,
along the section line, 1788.03 feet to the southeast corner of a tract of land
described in Quit Claim Deed of record in Book 240, Page 939, Cole County
Recorders Office; thence N 030 43' 31"W, along said easterly line of said
tract and along the easterly line of another tract described by deed of record
in Book 240, Page 938, Cole County Recorder's Office, 700.95 feet to the
northeasterly corner of said tract in Book 240, Page 938; thence S 86° 14'
26"W, along the northerly line of said tract in Book 240, Page 938, 692.99
feet to the northeast comer of a 24.72 acre tract described in Book 231, Page
918, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence S 85° 07' 05" W, along the
northerly line of said tract and along the northerly line of another tract
described in Book 283, Page 551, Cole County Recorder's Office, 373.12
feet to the southeast corner of Lot 6, El Mercado Development, Section One,
as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 402, Cole County Recorder's
Office; thence N 03°55' 16" W, along the easterly line of said Lot 6 and the
northerly extension thereof, 440.01 feet to the northerly line of an 80 foot
right-of-way known as Amazonas Drive; thence N 850 07' 05" E, along said
northerly right-of-way line, 597.01 feet to the point of beginning for this
description; thence N 050 59' 39" W, 201.05 feet; thence N 86 29' 59" E,
210.00 feet to the westerly line of a 60 foot right-of-way known as Alameda
Drive; thence S 060 12' 19" E, along said westerly right-of-way line,"183.09
feet; thence S 030 42' 19" E, along said westerly right-of-way line, 12.91 feet
to the northerly right-of-way line of Amazonas Drive; thence S 850 07' 05"W,
along the said northerly right-of-way line, 210.00 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing in all 41,715 square feet (0.95 of an acre).

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
accepted by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as El Mercado
Development, Section Two, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the
owner°of said subdivision, and that In all respects the requirements of the Planning and
.' Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions
r have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: `
., SECTION 1. The plat of El Mercado Development, Section Two, lying, being and
situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said
plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
'r endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the
seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
