ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ,JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AUTHORIZING A REAL
ESTATE CONTRACT WITH LEON BECK AND CAROL A. BECK FOR ACQUISITION OF
PROPERTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE EDGEWOOD DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a real estate
contract with Leon and Carol A. Beck for property acquisition in connection with the
a Edgewood Drive improvements project.
Sect'o 2. The contract shall be substantially the same in form and content as that
contract attached hereto as Exhibit A.
e i ❑3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
