AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING A REAL
ESTATE CONTRACT WITH HARRY F. LAUF AND JUNE L. LAUF FOR ACQUISITION OF
PROPERTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE EDGEWOOD DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
io i.The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a real estate
contract with Harry F. Lauf and June L. Lauf for property acquisition in connection with the
Edgewood Drive improvements project.
section . The contract shall be substantially the same in form and content as that
contract attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Seglion a. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
