bidder for furnishing the supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies ti

4. Insurance.Contractor shall procure and maintain at its own expense during

and maintain all insurance required in Subparagraphs (a), (b), and (c) hereof and in
like amounts.
} (f) Scope of Insurance and Special Hazard The insurance required under �.9
Sub-paragraphs (b) and (c)hereof shall provide adequate protection for the Contractor

and its subcontractors, respectively, against damage claims which may arise from
operations under this contract,whether such operations be by the insured or by anyone

directly or indirectly employed by it, and also against any special hazards which may
be encountered in the performance of this contract. This sub-paragraph (f) shall be
contrued to require a general contractor to procure Contractor's protective insurance ,

The City's Police Department shall provide a suitable location with standard, 120 volts single-phase,
electrical power outlets at 401 Monroe Street,and the Contractor shall use existent outlets,or insure that reliable
electrical power is supplied at the A.G.Tower on Vieth Drive,and at each Voting Receiver site. The Contractor
shall be responsible for insuring that proper telephone service connections are installed at the A.G.'s Tower on i 4`
Vieth,at each Voting Receiver site,and at the Police Department at 401 Monroe Street, The Contractor shall
be responsible for making contact, and coordinating with Jefferson City Police Department Joint Dispatch
�~ officials,and other agencies such as United Telephone,and Tristar Communications to ensure that all portions
of the installations are planned, coordinated, and completed with all associated work done in a thoroughly
competent and professional manner(competency of the installation shall be determined by properly designated t :,
officials of the Jefferson City Police Department,and by City Code Enforcement officials). All work shall also
be done in strict compliance with all appropriate City of Jefferson City, Missouri building and electrical code `
requirements.
