AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING THE NAME OF
.t A PORTION OF A STREET FROM EAGLES NEST TO FOXBAR TERRACE.
WHEREAS, residents of Eagles Nest have submitted a petition to the Cole County
Planning Commission and the Cole County Commission to change the name of that portion
of a street, situated in unincorporated Cole County, from Eagles Nest to Foxbar Terrace;
' and
WHEREAS, the Cole County Planning Commission and Cole County Commission
ti approved the name change of a portion of a street, situated in unincorporated Cole County
from Eagles Nest to Foxbar Terrace; and
WHEREAS, the City of Jefferson did publish a notice of name change in the
Jefferson Qtv
ne as required by the code of the City of Jefferson;

' WHEREAS, the same petition was submitted to the Jefferson City Clerk's office and
+ the City of Jefferson held a public hearing on the name change as provided in the code of

the City of Jefferson on Monday, June 19, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers;
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
ctio 1 The name of that portion of Eagles Nest situated within the city� ty limits of
Jefferson City is hereby changed to Foxbar Terrace.
Se ion 2. Upon the passage and approval of this ordinance, the City Clerk shall
file a certified copy thereof with the Recorder of Deeds of Cole County, Missouri.
