AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING CHAPTER 19
(MOTOR VEHICLES&TRAFFIC), SECTION 19-122 (WEIGHT LIMITS), AND SECTION
19-316 (DRIVING GOMMERGIAL VEHICLES UPON CERTAIN S, REETS), OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
f BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:

Limits), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended as follows:
Sec. 19-122.Weight limits.
A. When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall
operate any vehicle with a gross weight in excess of eighteen thousand
pounds at any time upon West Main Street from Highway 54 to Jaycee
Drive, Scheilridge Road from Jaycee Drive to Country Club Road, ePA
Southwest Boulevard, Satinwood Drive, and Boonville Road;
provided, that such vehicles may be operated thereon for the purpose of
r delivering or picking up materials or merchandise along that portion of
road.
. B. It shall be unlawful to drive or operate a motor vehicle other than
a passenger vehicle upon West McCarty Street from Fulkerson Street to
Vista Road; provided, however, that it shall not be unlawful to drive a
commercial motor vehicle over such portion of West McCarty Street to
F make deliveries to or to service properties, (a) which front upon said
f: portion of West McCarty Street, or (b) which can only be reached by
traversing said portion of West McCarty Street.
