12181 AS IT PERTAINS TO PREMIUM SUBSIDIES

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
ect'o 1 Section 3 of Ordinance No. 12181, which was enacted by Council on
November 15, 1994, is hereby amended as follows:
ection 3. In addition to the Employer contributions specified in
R Exhibit A the City shall underwrite premiums for health insurance for
spouse coverage in the amount of -thirty-five dollars ($69:89$35.00)
per month,for children coverage in the amount of this seventy dollars
($39:89 $70.00) per month, and for family coverage i ehe amount of
