ORDINANCE NO. 5
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,UBDIVIS{ON OF THE
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF GORDON WOODS, A MINOR
CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Gordon Builders, Inc., owner of the real estate hereinafter described,

having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
All that part of the south half of the northeast quarter of Section 24,
Township 44 North, Range 12 West, City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri,
being all of two tracts per Book 116, Page 212, and Book 125, Page 263 of
the Cole County Records, and now described as follows:
Commencing at the center 1/1 6th corner of the northeast quarter of
said section 24; thence west, along the 1/4 1/4 section line, 56.10 feet;
thence S 04° 15' E, 140.58 feet to the centerline of Tanner Bridge Road,
t being the north line of the first tract above mentioned, and being the point of
"beginning"for this subdivision description; thence N 660 06' 30" E, along
said centerline, being the north line of both tracts above mentioned, 356.30
'+ feet to the northeast comer of the second said tract; thence leaving said road
` S 050 33' 00" E, along the east line of said second tract, 445.50 feet to the
southeast corner thereof; thence S 700 55' 30" W, along the south line of
' both said tracts, 466.80 feet to the southwest corner of the first said tract,
thence N 040 15' 00"W, along the west line of said first tract, 415.14 feet to
j the northwest corner thereof at the centerline of said Tanner Bridge Road;
thence N 690 55' 30" E, along said centerline, 109.75 feet to the point of
"beginning", containing 4.39 acres, subject to easements and restrictions of
record.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
accepted by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as Gordon Woods, that
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo,
entitled"Plats"have been fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in
all respects the requirements of the Planning and honing Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
