USS JEFFERSON CITY SUBMARINE COMMITTEE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
A Section 7-291 Members; Terms; Appointment; Officers) of the Code
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended as follows:

Sec.7-291.Members;Terms;Appointment;Officers.
A. The USS Jefferson City submarine committee shall consist of five (5)
members. Of the five members:
1. One shall be a city council member.
2. Fetv Three shall be citizens of the city who have served in the
J Navy,Marines,Coast Guard or Merchant Marines.
3. One shall be a member of the Mid-Missouri Navy League to
be designated by the Mid-Missouri Navy League.
Section 2. Section 7-292 (Meetings) of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
is hereby amended as follows:
Sec.7-292.Meetings.
The USS Jefferson City submarine committee shall hold a regular business
y ; meeting at least once each quaftef year prior to the preparation of the City's budget at
such time and place as shall be established by rule of the committee. The committee may
hold such additional business meetings as it shall, from time to time,deem necessary. A
majority of the members of the committee shall constitute a quorum.
