MISSOURI, RELINQUISHING A
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON THE VACATED RIGHT-OF-WAY
. CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PURPOSES ON
OF OLD NORTH TEN MILE DRIVE, LYING WESTERLY OF SCOTT STATION ROAD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
ec n 1. The Council finds that the following described easement is surplus
property of he City and is no longer needed for any public purpose: t
A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 44
North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri; being

Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 4;

does hereby release and abandon whatever interest it has in the easement.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorised to execute any
necessary legal document relinquishing all of the City's interest in the tract of ground
described in Section 1.
