ADMDUM
This Is an Addendum to the contract for Purchase of Multi Purpose coaches Contract entered Into between
the City of Jefferson, a municipal corporation, located at 320 East McCarty Street, Jefferson City, Missouri

(hereinafter called "City") and World-Trans, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the"Manufacturer") having Its PrIncip I
place of business at 1401 South Spencer, Newton, Kansas 67114, on June 12 and 13, 1995.

WHEREAS, the City has determined to p

WHEREAS, two (2) of these additional units are to be considered the "op onal un ' wh ch the CI m
order pursuant to the Contract., executed by City and Manufacturer on the 12th day of June, 1995.
THEREFORE, the City and Manufacturer agrees as follows:
This Addendum shall have no effect on the terms and conditions of the Contract except as specifically set
forth In this Addendum.
The four(4) additional units ordered herein shall be completed on or before the 3 1 st day of August, 1996.
Payment for the units ordered pursuant to this Addendum Is due within thirty (30) days from the date of
Manufacturer's Invoice Is received by the City.
