REAPPOINTING CARMELA POGORZELSICI TO THE POSITION
OF ACTING MUNICIPAL CLERIC
WHEREAS, the municipal clerk retired effective September 1, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the Borough is required to appoint the municipal clerk in the Borough; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make an appointment to said
position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that
CARMELAPOGORZELSKI
be and is hereby reappointed to the position of Acting Municipal Clerk for an additional
one (1) year term, effective September 1, 2020.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on November 17, 2020.
