f` AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELINQUISHING A {r
.y" CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE PURPOSES ON THE WEST
SIDE OF WILDWOOD DRIVE.;
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, by an easement recorded in Book 370, Page 799, of the Records of the Cole
County, Missouri, a surface water drainage easement was granted to the City of Jefferson,
a Municipal Corporation, to excavate within, install, construct, maintain and repair
k, ..`. structures for the routing and conveyance of surface or storm water drainage pipe in, under

and through the lots, tracts or parcels of land described in Section 1;

Section The Council finds that the following described easement is surplus
property of the City and is no longer needed for any public purpose: :
.• Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and part of the y
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, all in Section 9 Township 44 °u
North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri;
being more particularly described as follows: '
