y" AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELINQUISHING A
CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR STORMWATER DRAINAGE PURPOSES IN MONTICELLO '
ACRES SUBDIVISION, SECTION 5. '
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, by an easement recorded in Book 11, Page 420, of the Records of the Cole
cr.:.
County, Missouri, a storm water drainage easement was granted to the City of Jefferson,
a Municipal Corporation, to excavate within, install, construct, maintain and repair
structures for the routing and conveyance of sewer in, under and through the lots, tracts
or parcels of land described in Section 1;

action 1. The Council finds that the following described easement is surplus ,r.

described in Section 1.
