AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID
PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department accepted sealed bid 1603 for the purchase of u
new equipment s ecfJin a trade-in value of used equipment to offset purchase price,
G'' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
' r. JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain property
r3F in the custody of the Public Works Department described as follows: r;
One (1) 3M model #664AG Reader/Printer, Serial Number 214127 K
is surplus property, and as such represents a burdensome cost for storage and r"
maintenance, and that the property is no longer needed for any public purpose.
Section 2. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to utilize the item
-, described in Section 1 for trade-in value on the purchase of new equipment as specified
in sealed bid no. 1603.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
