BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 4-9(a) of the Personnel Policy Manual for the municipal service of
Jefferson City, Missouri, as enacted by Ordinance 12202, is hereby amended to read as follows:
j Section 4-9. Residence requirements.

(a) All applicants for employment in the municipal service must '
have a principal place of domicile located within fifteen ,
(15) miles of the corporate boundaries of the City of Jefferson,
Ilea provided that all employees shall be required to have a
