AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING ORDINANCE
12365 AND AUTHORIZING A REFERENDUM ON AN AMENDMENT TO THE CHARTER a
PERTAINING TO THE PROHIBITION OF CERTAIN GAMBLING ACTIVITIES IN THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS: ,

XV of the Charter of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby enacted, to read as follows:

Authority for said election and the ballot shall be in substantially the following form:
