AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF MALONE SUBDIVISION, A MINOR SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Betty Bax, owner of the real estate hereinafter described, having
" submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City,-Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of Private Survey No. 2701, Township 44 North, Range 11 West, in the
City of Jefferson; Cole County, Missouri; more particularly described as
follows:
From the norlhwesterly corner of Lot No. 1 of Indian Hills Subdivision, as per
plat of record in Plat Book 6, Page 11; Cole County Recorder's Office; thence
y N 500 2T 00" W, 63.86 feet to the westerly line of Tomahawk Drive and the
easterly line of Mohawk Drive, thence N 25° 33' 00" W along the easterly line
of Mohawk Drive, 314.00 feet to the northwesterly corner of a tract of land as

point of beginning for this description; thence continuing along said easterly

5. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto and made a
part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the,City of
Jefferson, Missouri.

endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the
