AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF WESTPOINT ESTATES, SECTION TWO, A SUBDIVISION
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, BKR Investments, Inc., Michael W. Beasley, President, owner of the
real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real
estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
c. described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and Part of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 44
North, Range 12 West, and part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast ri
Quarter and part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 16,Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole
County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the most southerly corner of WESTPOINT ESTATES
SECTION ONE as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 771, Cole County
Recorder's Office; thence N 460 09 22" E, along the easterly right-of-way ine
of Gettysburg Place, 53.00 feet to the westerly line of a tract described by
deed of record in Book 369, Page 773, Cole County Recorder's Office,
thence S 170 16'06" E, along said westerly line 230.48 feet, thence S 00 36'
45" E, along said westerly line, 263.04 feet to the southerly line of a tract
described by deed of record in Book 368, Page 324, Cole Country Recorders
Office;thence along the boundary of said tract the following courses: N 850

subdivision, 60.00 feet to the point of beginning.

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
accepted by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as Westpoint Estates,
Section Two, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
1, 44,
Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the owner of said
subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with,
NO THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Westpoint Estates, Section Two, lying, being and situated
within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by
the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
X-1 endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the
seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
