:-` AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING ORDINANCE
NUMBER 12408, ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF KNIPP WEST
SUBDIVISION, SECTION THREE, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AND
ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE IN LIEU THEREOF.
1 WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City that Ordinance 12408, enacted by the City ;
F AS Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, on January 22, 1996, contained
errors which need to be corrected; and

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and accepted
by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as Knipp West
Subdivision, Section Three, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all
respects the requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been
r , fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects
the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of l
r Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been Complied
with.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 12408, enacted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, sr y
Missouri, on January 22, 1996, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. The plat of Knipp West Subdivision, Section Three, lying, being and
r situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said
plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
f by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. '
SECTION 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to g
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the Y
seal of the City of Jefferson.
x SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
