AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING ORDINANCE
NUMBER 12427, ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF GOLDAMMER
SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AND

ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE IN LIEU THEREOF.
r# WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City that Ordinance 12427, enacted by the City
*' Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, on March 4, 1996, contained errors
which need to be corrected; and
WHEREAS, Lydia Goldammer, owner of the real estate hereinafter described, having
submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City' Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
follows:
Part of Outlot No. 112 of the City of Jefferson, Cole County,
t a Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of said Outlot No. 112;
thence S 540 05' 12"E, along the northerly line of said Outlot No.

s the aforesaid Outlot No. 112; thence N 35° 53' 34" E, along the
westerly line of said Outlot No. 112, 938.07 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Containing 24.51 Acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and accepted
by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as Goldammer
Subdivision, Section One, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all
respects the requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have
' been fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with.
` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
! JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. Ordinance 12427, enacted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, on March 4, 1996, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. The plat of Goldammer Subdivision, Section One, being and situated
within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by
the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the
seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
1, of its passage and approval.
