" AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING,
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY REZONING 10,030 SQUARE FEET OF LAND, LOCATED SOUTH OF
THE INTERSECTION OF OSCAR DRIVE AND AARON COURT, FROM C-2, GENERAL
COMMERCIAL, TO PUD, PLANNED,UNIT DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
�., CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH. '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
