'r AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 1995-96
` f BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
FUNDS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND, THE PLANNING AND CODE ENFORCEMENT FUND,
AND AMENDING THE PERSONNEL SCHEDULE OF FULL TIME POSITIONS AS ENACTED
BY ORDINANCE 12354, THE 1995-96 BUDGET.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Personnel Schedule of full time positions pertaining to the Planning and
i ' Code Enforcement Department is hereby amended by the addition of the full-time position of
e' Planner II, Job Class 3324, pay range 12.
Section 2. There is hereby supplementally appropriated from the General Fund Balance
bZ' to Planning & Code Enforcement Salaries $13,000 for Planner II position as indicated on Exhibit
1 attached hereto.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
