AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELINQUISHING A CERTAIN
'4 EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES EAST OF LOT 83 OF SCHOTTHILL WOODS
SUBDIVISION, SECTION THREE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
��'A WHEREAS, by an easement recorded in Book 310, Page 030, of the Records of the Coie County,

Missouri, a sewer easement was granted to the City of Jefferson, a Municipal Corporation, to excavate
within, install, construct, maintain and repair structures for the routing and conveyance of sewer in,
under and through the lots, tracts or parcels of land described in Section 1;

Section 1. The Council finds that the following described easement is surplus property of the
7 City and is no longer needed for any public purpose: ,.
Part of a ten (10)foot wide sanitary sewer easement as described in Book
310, Page 030, of the Cole County Recorders Office, said easement being s °
a situate in part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 44 North,
Range 11 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri; the
