M. BECK SUBDIVISION, LOCATED BEHIND 1806 MISSOURI I BOULEVARD, FROM RS-3 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO C-2 GENERAL i COMMERICAL. WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned as follows: Lot Nos. 22 and 23, and the northerly half of a VACATED ALLEY in L.M. BECK SUBDIVISION, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as per plat of record in Plat Book 5, Page 31, Cole County Recorder's Office,said ALLEY lying immediately southerly of and adjacent to the southerly line of said Lot Nos. 22 and 23, and vacated by Ordinance No. 8224. Rezoned from RS-3 Single-Family Residential to C-2 General Commercial. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
