AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
i APPROVING THE PLAT OF EL MERCADO, SECTION FOUR,A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, David R.Goller, President of El Mercado, Inc.,owners of the real
estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate,
being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
! follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4,Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in
the City of Jefferson,Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
From the southeast corner of said Section 4; thence S86°19'00"W, along the
Section Line, 1788.03 feet to the southeast corner of a tract of land described in
Quit Claim Deed of record in Book 240, Page 938,Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence NO3°43'31"W, along the easterly line of said tract in Book 240, Page 938
and along the easterly lines of other tracts described by deeds of record in Book j
240, Page 938, Book 263, Page 287 and Book 325, Page 416, Cole County I
Recorder's Office; 1033.34 feet to the northeast corner of said tract in Book 325, "
Page 416 and the POINT OF BEGINNING for this description; thence
S86°16'29"W, along the northerly line of said tract in Book 325, Page 416,200.68
feet to the easterly right-of-way line of ALAMEDA DRIVE as per Book 314, Page
376, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence along said right-of-way the following
courses: N3°43'31"W, 116.05 feet; thence N3°42'19"W, 13.60 feet; thence
N6°12'19"W, 108.59 feet to the southwest corner of Tract B as described by deed
of record in Book 348, Page 403, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence leaving
said right-of-way and along the southerly line of said tract in Book 348, Page 403,
N85°26'35"E, 205.40 feet to the southeast corner thereof;thence S3°43'31"E along
the easterly line of a tract described by deed of record in Book 282, Page 436, Cole
County Recorder's Office,241.13 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing in all,48,351.51 square feet. (1.11 Acres)
! WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and accepted
by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as El Mercado, Section Four,
Subdivision, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
! Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the owner of said
subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

SECTION 1. The plat of El Mercado Subdivision, being and situated within the ,
corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached .f
hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City
Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat heron and to certify the approval of said plat under the
seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
