ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
RESCISSION AND TERMINATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN I ..
THE CAPITOL QUEEN AND CASINO, INC., TOGETHER WITH BECKER GAMING, INC.,
AND THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
any and all necessary documents to effect the rescission and termination of the j
Development Agreement entered into between the Capitol Queen and Casino, Inc.,
together with Becker Gaming, Inc„ and the City of Jefferson, Missouri, authorized by
Ordinance No. 11953 and amended by Ordinance 12235.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date '
of its passage and approval.
