AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING,
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY REZONING 2.67 ACRES IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION
4, TOWNSHIP 44 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST,ADJACENT TO AND WEST OF LOTS 102
AND 103 IN MONTICELLO ACRES SUBDIVISION, SECTION SEVEN, FROM RD TWO r
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL,TO RS-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE
RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH. I
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4,Township 44 North,Range 12 West,in the City
of Jefferson,Cole County, Missouri,more particularly described as follows:

( POINT OF BEGINNING for this description;thence continuing N44°25'50"E,204.13 feet;
thence N59'44'1 5"E,416.00 feet to a point on the westerly boundary of Monticello Acres,
Section Seven,as per plat of record in Plat Book 11,Page 711,Cole County Recorder's
Office;thence S7°25'28"E, along the westerly boundary of said Monticello Acres,Section
