AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE DIAMONDS SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS,Greenco Development Company, L.C.,owners of the real estate
i hereinafter described,having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being
located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri,and more particularly described as follows:
Part of Tract 1 of MOSERS SUBDIVISION, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11,
Page 829, being part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
9, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, also part of the South Half of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 10,Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, j
Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: I
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of Tract 3 of MOSERS SUBDIVISION, as per
plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 829, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence
N84°14'12"E, along the south line of said Tract 3 of MOSERS SUBDIVISION,
518.47 feet to the southeast corner thereof; thence N05 045'48"W, along the east
line of said Tract 3 of MOSERS SUBDIVISION, 165.28 feet;thence S60 037'37"E,
515.12 feet; thence S89°52'39"F_, 484.89 feet;thence S19°16'29"W, 117.88 feet;
thence N84 31 52 E, 31.27 feet; thence S6 03 59 E, 178.22 feet; thence
S4°58'34"E,60.00 feet;thence southwesterly on a curve to the right having a radius
of 340.00 feet, an arc distance of 26.88 feet, (the chord of said curve being
S87°1719"W, 26.87 feet);thence S0 026'48"E,256.86 feet; thence S85°01'26"W,
1144.84 feet;thence N1°15'00"E,710.00 feet;thence S84°14'12"W,302.26 feet to
. the east right-of-way line of Wildwood Drive; thence N1°15'00"E, along the east
right-of-way line of Wildwood Drive, 60.45 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing in all, 19.07 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and accepted by
the owner of said subdivision,known and referred to as The Diamonds Subdivision, Section
One, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter
:.;. 445,RSMo,entitled"Plats"have been fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision,
and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The plat of The Diamonds Subdivision, Section One, being and
situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,as shown by the said

SECTION 1. The plat of The Diamonds Subdivision, Section One, being and
situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said
P lat attached hereto and made a part oft this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted �
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat heron and to certify the approval of said plat under the
seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
ip of its passage and approval,
