AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,SCHEDULE V, (HANDICAPPED
PARKING SPACES), BY THE ADDITION OF A PORTION OF ELIZABETH STREET.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, Schedule V, (Handicapped Parking Spaces), of the
Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of a portion of
Elizabeth Street as follows:
Elizabeth Street: on the south side thereof, one
20 feet space extending south and west from a
j point 248 feet south and west of the west curb
I line of Myrtle Street.
Elizabeth Street: on the south side thereof, one
20 feet space extending west from a point 682
feet south and west of the west curb line of
Myrtle Street.
Elizabeth Street: on the west side thereof, one },
20 feet space extending south from a point 303
feet south of the south curb line of Edmonds
Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
