AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING,
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY REZONING ONE ACRE OF LAND LOCATED AT 714 WILDWOOD
' ! DRIVE, FROM RA-2 MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL,TO C-2 GENERAL
COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned as follows:
- Part of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 9, Township 44
North, Range 12 West. Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 2 of Wildwood
OleSubdivision Section One;thence northwest 90.4 feet;thence southwest 154.41 feet;
thence north 281.83 feet;thence east 210 feet;thence southwest 219.56 feet to the
point of beginning for this description.
Containing 1.00 acre.
Rezoned from RA-2 Multiple Family Residential to C-2 General Commercial.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
