ORDINANCE NO. 12511
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE DIAMONDS SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS,Greenco Development Company, L.C.,owners of the real estate
hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being
located in Jefferson City,Cole County, Missouri,and more particularly described as follows:
Part of Tract 1 of MOSERS Subdivision,as per Plat Book 11, Page 829 being part
of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9,Township 44 North,
Range 12 West, part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
16, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, part of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 15,Township 44 North, Range 12 West,and also part
of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 44
North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Section Corner common to said Sections 9, 10 15 and 16•,thence
S7-52-06"E, 184.64 feet; thence N82 07 54 E, 84.66 feet; thence S7 0 52 06 E,
581.52 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of Edgewood Drive; thence along the
northerly right-of-way line of Edgewood Drive the following courses: S82°50'32"W, ,
1461.94 feet;thence Westerly,on a curve to the right, having a radius of 2018.48
feet, an arc distance of 115.16 feet, (the chord of said curve being S84°28'36"W,
115.15 feet); thence N47°36'46"W, 27.79 feet to the easterly right-of-way line of
i Wildwood Drive;thence leaving said northerly right-of-way line of Edgewood Drive
and along the easterly right-of-way line of Wildwood Drive the following courses:
N1°37'15"W, 280.13 feet; thence Northerly, on a curve to the right, having a radius
of 2824.89 feet, an arc distance of 141.54 feet, (the chord of said curve being
NO-11-07"W, 141.52 feet); thence N1°15'00"E, 322.68 feet; thence leaving said
easterly right-of-way line of Wildwood Drive, N82°07'54"E, 200.40 feet; thence
N40°54'36"E, 160.02 feet to the southwesterly corner of Lot 7 of the Diamonds
Subdivision Section One, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, page 856 Cole
County Recorder's Office; thence N85 001'26"E, along the southerly line of The
Diamonds Subdivision Section One,1090.06 feet;thence S7°52'06"E,65.81 feet to
the point of beginning.
Containing in all 29.17 acres.
WHEREAS,it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and accepted by f
the owner of said subdivision,known and referred to as The Diamonds Subdivision,Section
Two,that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter
445, RSMo,entitled"Plats"have been fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision,
and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri,relating to plats and subdivisions have been complied with.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of The Diamonds Subdivision, Section Two, being and
situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said
plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to '
endorse acceptance of said plat heron and to certify the approval of said plat under the seal
of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage?and approval.

Jerry Green of Greenco Development Co. , has requested that
the Final Plat of the Diamonds Subdivision, Section Two, be
revised by changing the name of Mineral Wells to Ikon Drive.
