AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF MONTICELLO ACRES SUBDIVISION, SECTION NINE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.

WHEREAS, Elmer F. Goldammer and Lorene B. Goldammer, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real
estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4,Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in
the City of Jefferson,Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
From the southeast corner of said Section 4; thence S86°32'02"W, along the
Section Line, '1295.00 feet to the southwest corner of Lot No.94 of Monticello Acres,
Section Seven, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 711, Cole County
Recorder's Office and the POINT OF BEGINNING for this description; thence
continuing S86°32'02"W, along the Section Line, 492.79 feet to the southwest
corner of the tract described by deed of record in Book 116, Page 16, Cole County
Recorder's Office;thence N3 045'20"W, along the west line of said tract 723.07 feet;
thence N44 025'50"E, 350.00 feet;thence N59°44'1 5"E,416.00 feet to a corner of
the west boundary of the aforesaid Monticello Acres, Section Seven; thence
Southerly, along the west boundary of Monticello Acres, Section Seven, the
following courses: S7 025'28"E, 535.65 feet; thence S20°42'06"W, 424.03 feet;
thence S3'59'41"E, 224.06 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 13.03 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and accepted by
the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as Monticello Acres Subdivison,
Section Nine, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the owner of said
subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Monticello Acres Subdivision, Section Nine, being and
situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,as shown by the said
plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat heron and to certify the approval of said plat under the seal
