Ott, President, Elmer Ott, Jr., Secretary, owners of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City t Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows: A tract of land situated in and being a part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 44 North, Range 11 West; a part of Outlot#111 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri;and part of the tract of land described by deed recorded in Book 116, Page 161 of the Records of Cole County, Missouri; said tract being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of Outlot #111 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri;thence N34°58'25"E, 15.00 feet to the centerline of an alley vacated by the City of Jefferson, by Ordinance #9205 recorded in Book 331, Page 738 of the I Records of Cole County, Missouri; thence N54°57'10"W, along said centerline, 491.57 feet to the point of beginning; thence S35 019'25"W, 142.95 feet to the northerly right of way line of Del Cerro Drive; thence in a southeasterly direction, along a curve to the right, 78.95 feet, the radius being 290.00 feet, the long chord being S46 052'37"E, 78.71 feet; thence leaving said northerly right of way line, S51°02'03"W, 60.00 feet to the southerly right of way line of said drive; thence S52°49'35"W, 205.27 feet;thence N56 009'46"W, 412.24 feet to the southeasterly corner of Lot 101, Del Cerro Subdivision Section III,recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 243 of the Records of Cole County, Missouri; thence N15 010'00"E, along the easterly line of said Lot 101, 81.23 feet to the northeasterly corner of said Lot 101; thence N54 057'10"W along the northerly line of said Lot 101, 175.00 feet to the easterly right of way line of El Dorado Drive; thence N14°37'38"E, along said easterly right of way line, 118.00 feet;thence continuing along said right of way line, . along a curve to the right, 167.41 feet, the radius being 469.70 feet, the long chord i being, N24 050'17"E, 166.52 feet; thence continuing along said right of way line, N35°02'50"E, 65.00 feet; thence leaving said right of way line, along aforesaid centerline of vacated outlot alley, S54 057'10"E,687.42 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 6.14 acres. i WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision,known and referred to as Del Cerro Subdivision, Section IV, N that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo,entitled"Plats"have been fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and d. kq . . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The plat of Del Cerro Subdivision, Section IV,being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat heron and to certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
