AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND !
APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE DIAMONDS SUBDIVISION, SECTION THREE, A iw
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Greenco Development Company, L.C., Gerald J. Green, Richard L.
Samson, Robert M. Rackers, owners of the real estate hereinafter described, having
submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City,Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of Tract 1 of MOSERS Subdivision, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page
829 Cole County Recorder's Office, being part of the Southwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 10,Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of
Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
i Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot 19 of The Diamonds Subdivision Section One,
as per plat or record in Plat Book 11, Page 856 Cole County Recorder's Office; thence
northerly along the boundary line of said The Diamonds Subdivision Section One the

having a radius of 340.00 feet, an are distance of 26.88 feet (the chord of said curve
being N87°17'19"E, 26.87 feet); thence N4°58'34"W, 60.00 feet; thence N6°03'59"W,
178.22 feet;thence S84°31'52"W, 31.27 feet;thence N19°16'29"E, 117.88 feet;thence
N89°52'39"W, 30.42 feet; thence leaving the boundary line of said The Diamonds
Subdivision Section One, NO°07'21"E, 152.99 feet; thence N25 012'31"E, 125.00 feet; !

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
accepted by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as The Diamonds
Subdivision, Section Three, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats"have been fully complied with by the
owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and

Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions )
have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of The Diamonds Subdivision, Section Three, being and
situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said
plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to r
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the
seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
