WHEREAS, Re-Lock Properties, L.L.C., Shelly Lock, Daniel Lock and Curt Renkemeyer, owners of the real estate hereinafter described,having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows: Part of Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16,20,22 and 23 of WALNUT RIDGE SUBDIVISION, as per plat of record in Plat Book 6, Page 25, Cole County Recorder's Office, Part of LePage Schott Road as per deed of record in Book 1, Page 338, Cole County Recorder's Office, Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1 22, Township 44 North, Range 11 West, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: I From the northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 22; thence S02 025'17"E, along the Quarter Section Line, 1002.36 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of SKYVIEW DRIVE as described in Book 202, Page 491, Cole County Recorder's Office and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along the southerly and easterly line of said SKYVIEW DRIVE the following courses: S77°46'12"E, 293.86 feet;thence along a curve to the left, having a radius of 252.27 feet,an arc length of 313.71 feet, the chord of said curve being N66°36'18"E, 293.88 feet; thence N30-58-48"E, 150.36 feet;thence N26°50'48"E, 121.14 feet;thence leaving the right-of- i of said SKYVIEW DR way line IVE, S61°48'12"E,65.39 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of CITY VIEW DRIVE; thence southerly,along the westerly right-of-way line of CITY VIEW DRIVE the following courses: S19 108'56"W, 73.51 feet; thence S33°11'06"W, 206.16 feet; thence S20 17 49 W, 268.99 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of U.S. HIGHWAY 50/63; thence leaving the westerly right-of-way line of said CITY VIEW DRIVE, N76'1 0'27"W,along the northerly right-of-way line of said U.S. HIGHWAY 50/63, 527.11 feet to the westerly line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 22; thence NO2 025'17"W, along the westerly line of said Northwest Quarter of l the Southeast Quarter, 107.86 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing in all, 2.27 acres. WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and „L accepted by the owners of said subdivision, known and referred to as Re-Lock Estates 1 ,+ Subdivision, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The plat of Re-Lock Estates Subdivision, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,Missouri,as shown by the said plat attached hereto „ and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson. i SECTION 3.
