AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RESCINDING SECTION
1, OF ORDINANCE NO. 11351, RELATING TO CHANGING, AMENDING, AND
MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
OF AN APPROXIMATELY.47 ACRE TRACT OF LAND BEHIND 602 BLAIR DRIVE AND
RESCINDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PUD, PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND REZONING THE PROPERTY TO RA-2, MULTIPLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, SECTION 35-86.1 OF THE CODE OF JEFFERSON CITY PROVIDES FOR
RESCISSION OF A REZONING WHENEVER A DEVELOPER FAILS TO BEGIN
CONSTRUCTION WITHIN 30 MONTHS,

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS: i
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance#11351 is hereby rescinded.
Section 2. The following described real estate is restored to its previous zoning of
RA-2, Multiple Family Residential district:
A tract of land located in the northeast quarter of Section 11,
Township 44 North, Range 12 West,of the 5th P.M.,City of Jefferson,
County of Cole, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of a tract of land as described in
Book 152, Page 368, of the Cole County Records; thence
1 S88°28'00"W,along the north line of said tract,81.79 feet to the point
I of beginning;thence S88°28'W,89.66 feet;thence N5°33'W, 230.60
feet to the southerly line of a tract conveyed to Oscar O.and Nelda C.
Strobel by deed of record in Book 114, Page 460, Cole County
Recorder's Office;thence with said line,N84°1TE, 87.18 feet;thence
S 3'26-48"W, 239.05 feet to the point of beginning.
