ORDINANCE NO, 5-5
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE DIAMONDS SUBDIVISION, SECTION FOUR, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Greenco Development Company, L.C., Gerald J. Green, Richard L.
Samson, Robert M. Rackers, owners of the real estate hereinafter described, having
submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of Tract 1 of MOSERS Subdivision, as per Plat Book 11, Page 829 Cole County
Recorder's Office, being part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 9,Township 44 North, Range 12 West, part of the South Half of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 10, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, part of the North Half of
the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City
of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Section Corner common to Sections 9, 10, 15, and 16, said corner
being on the boundary of The Diamonds Subdivision Section Two, as per plat of record
in Plat Book 11, Page 858 Cole County Recorder's Office;thence N7 052'06"W, along the
boundary of said The Diamonds Subdivision Section Two, 65.81 feet to the boundary of
The Diamonds Subdivision Section One, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 856 '
Cole County Recorder's Office; thence N85°01'26"E, along the boundary of said The I
t' Diamonds Subdivision Section One and the boundary of The Diamonds Subdivision
Section Three, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 875 Cole County Recorder's
Office, and the extension there of, 1598.08 feet to the westerly boundary line of Tract 2
of MOSERS Subdivision , as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 829 Cole County
Recorder's Office; thence S5 027'44"E, along the said westerly boundary line of Tract 2
of MOSERS Subdivision, 630.58 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of Edgewood
I Drive; thence along the northerly right-of-way line of Edgewood Drive the following
courses: S75°38'12"W, 757.26 feet; thence westerly, on a curve to the right having a
radius of 5664.58 feet, an arc distance of 712.38 feet, (the chord of said curve being
S79°14'22"W, 711.91 feet); thence S82 050'32"W, 21.51 feet to the boundary of the
aforesaid The Diamonds Subdivision Section Two; thence along the boundary of said
The Diamonds Subdivision Section Two,the following courses: N7°52'06"W, 581.52 feet;
S82°07'54"W, 84.66 feet; N7°52'06"W, 184.64 feet to the point of beginning.

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
accepted by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as The Diamonds
Subdivision, Section Four, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo,entitled"Plats"have been fully complied with by the
owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions
have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of The Diamonds Subdivision, Section Four, being and
situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said
plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the
seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date ;
of its passage and approval. h
