AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF "STONEHILL" SECTION ONE, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS,T.D.K.Properties,Richard J.Otke Trustee, Richard J. Otke,,trust and
Kenneth P. Otke Trustee of the Kenneth P.Otke Revocable Living Trust, owners of the real
estate hereinafter described,having submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate,
being located in Jefferson City,Cole County,Missouri,and more particularly described as
follows:
Parts of Tracts "F" and "D" "MILLBROOK", as per plat of record in Plat Book 8, Page
109, Cole County Recorder's Office, being part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24,
Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24; thence

Section Line, N85°35'23"E, 204.85 feet to the northwesterly corner of Tract "F",
"MILLBROOK", Plat Book 8, Page 109,Cole County Recorder's Office, and the point of
beginning for this description;thence northeasterly,along the northerly line of said Tract
"F", "MILLBROOK", also being the southerly right-of-way line of Millbrook Drive, on a

urve to the left,having a radius of 263.31 feet, an arc distance of 100.88 feet,the chord
of said curve being N67°02'55"E, 100.27 feet; thence along said northerly line of Tract i

of MISSOURI STATE ROUTE"B";thence S33°54'47"E,along said ROUTE"B"right-of-
way, 431.52 feet;thence S40°45'21"E, along the said ROUTE "B" right-of-way, 66.79
feet; thence leaving the said ROUTE "B" right-of-way, S52 039'32"W, 207.62 feet to a
point on the westerly line of Tract"F",also being the easterly right-of-way line of STONE
HILL ROAD; thence along said westerly line of Tract "F", the following courses:
northwesterly, on a curve to the left,having a radius of 1120.31 feet, an arc distance of
276.33 feet, the chord of said curve being N26°51'42"W, 275.63 feet; thence
N33°55'40"W, 196.36 feet;thence northwesterly,on a curve to the right, having a radius
of 181.25 feet, an arc distance of 90.14 feet,the chord of said curve being N19°40'50"W,
89.21 feet,to the point of beginning for this description.
Containing 2.09 acres.

accepted by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as "STONEHILL"

Subdivision, Section One, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo,entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the
owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions
have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of"STONEHILL"Subdivision,Section One,being and situated
within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by
the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the
seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
