THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI BY AMENDING CHAPTER 4, SECTION 4-15

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,, MISSOURI, AS

Sec io 1. Chapter 4, Section 4-15 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec.4-15.Sales to Minors,Drunkards,etc.
A. It shall be unlawful for any person or his employee to sell or supply intoxicating
liquor,or to permit intoxicating liquor to be sold or supplied,to:

1• An habitual drunkard,
2. Any person who is apparently under the influence of intoxicating
KD liquor,and
3• Any person under twenty-one(21)years of age.
B. The provisions ofsubsection(A)shall not:
1• Prohibit a parent or guardian from procuring for,selling,giving away or
otherwise supplying intoxicating liquor to his child,provided such child `

is under the age of twenty-one(2 1)years.
2• APPIY to the supplying of intoxicating liquor to a person under the age of l
twenty-one(2 1)years for medical purposes only,or to the administering
of intoxicating liquor to any person by a duly licensed physician.
