BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: � j Section 1. Section 1-13(General penalty:continuing violations), Subparagraph (E),of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the establishment of new minimum fines for certain offenses, and increasing existing minimum fines for certain offenses as follows: Sec.1-13.General penalty;continuing violations. E.
