1. The meeting was called to order by the chairman at 10:00 AM via
Zoom and:in person in Room A of town hall
2. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
3. The Demolition Delay law memo prepared as revised by Patricia Hess
was discussed and further amendments were proposed and
adopted. Patricia agreed to create a final document to be voted on
at the next meeting along with a cover letter to be sent with it to the
HDC and Planning bBoard before meeting with selectmen
4. The final legal agreement on the old school house has been sent to
the Brewster Historical Commission

5. The Brewster Historical Awards group defined two homes which
qualify with a third under consideration.
6. Faythe will consult with our consultant Erik Dray on status of Form -
Bs due by June 30th. A new request for funding to complete the
project will be necessary at next meeting
7. The next meeting was schedules for June 27, 2023 at 10 AM via
Zoom and live.
8. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 10:55
