by installing a title plaque and providing a maintenance manual for the project.

be installed in short notice between concrete pouring and landscape installation.

close out of the Downtown East Urban Renewal District.
MDSD Hometown Arts Bus Shelters: Cynthia Dittmer reported that three bus stops
have artwork installed; 2"d Grade at Shore Lodge, high school next to KBs, and
middle school artwork at Aspen Market. McKenzie Kramer has donated $250 to the

to the bus stop near Gravity Sports.

that a list of potential donors/supporters be developed. Karla will ask college
development professional if she would be willing to provide a workshop on
fundraising. Cynthia suggested an arts-related fundraising event like street mandalas
