ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND I
APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE DIAMONDS SUBDIVISION, SECTION FIVE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Greenco Development Company, L.C., Gerald J. Green, Richard L.
Samson, and Robert M. Rackers, owners of the real estate hereinafter described, having
submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City,Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of Tract 1 of MOSERS Subdivision, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page
829 Cole County Recorder's Office, being part of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 9,Township 44 North, Range 12 West, and part of the
Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16,Township 44 North, Range
12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described I
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 32 of the Diamonds Subdivision Section Two,
as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 858, Cole County Recorder's Office(said
Northwest Corner of Lot 32 also being a point on the easterly right-of-way line of
Wildwood Drive); thence N1°15'00"E, along the easterly right-of-way line of Wildwood
Drive, 828.05 feet to a point on the boundary of The Diamonds Subdivision Section f
One, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 856 Cole County Recorder's Office
(said point also being on the southerly right-of-way line of Diamond Ridge); thence
along the boundary line of said The Diamonds Subdivision Section One the following
cf urses: N84°14'12"E, 302.26 feet;thence S1'1 5'00"W, 710.00 feet to the boundary
of the aforesaid The Diamonds Subdivision Section Two;thence leaving the boundary
of said The Diamonds Subdivision Section One and along the boundary line of said
The Diamonds Subdivision Section Two the following courses: S40 054'36"W, 160.02
feet; thence S82°07'54"W, 200.40 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing in all 5.54 acres.
i WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
accepted by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as The Diamonds
Subdivision, Section Five, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo,entitled"Plats" have been fully complied with by the
owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions
have been complied with.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The plat of the Diamonds Subdivision, Section Five,being and situated
within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by
the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to "
endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the
seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
