AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID
PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain real
property described as follows:

Lot 13 and part of Lot 12 of Block 3 of Wagner Place Subdivision in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cole,Missouri,as recorded in Plat Book 2 i
at page 15 in the Cole County Recorder's office.
is surplus property, and as such represents a burdensome cost for maintenance, and that
r^� the property is no longer needed for any public purpose, save and except an easement
shall be retained for stormwater purposes.
Section 2. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to advertise for bid the
property described in Section 1 for sale, and to sell the property to the highest and best
bidder.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of i
its passage and approval.
