AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
• APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE DIAMONDS SUBDIVISION, SECTION SIX, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON. �
WHEREAS, Greenco Development Company, L.C., Gerald J. Green, Richard L.
Samson,and Robert M. Rackers, owners of the r gal estate hereinafter described, having
submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City,Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of Tract 1 of MOSERS Subdivision, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as per plat
of record in Plat Book 11, Page 829,Cole County Recorder's Office, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Tract 2 of said MOSERS SUBDIVISION;
thence S05°27'44"E, along the westerly line of said Tract 2, 569.42 feet to the
northeasterly corner of Lot 84 of THE DIAMONDS SUBDIVISION, SECTION FOUR,
as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 893, Cole County Recorder's Office;thence
S85°01'26"W, along the northerly line of Lots 84, 85 and 86 of THE DIAMONDS
SUBDIVISION, SECTION FOUR, 547.69 feet to the easterly line of a 60 foot wide
street right-of-way known as DIAMOND RIDGE; thence northwesterly, along said
easterly right-of-way line, on a curve to the left, having a radius of 340.00 feet, an arc
distance of 210.50 feet, the chord of said curve being N36°24'42"W, 207.15 feet;
thence N44°56'28"E, 242.26 feet; thence N49 023'27"E, 326.96 feet; thence
N72°00'39"E,205.07 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing in all 5.96 acres.
WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
accepted by the owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as The Diamonds
Subdivision, Section Six, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo,entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the
owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions
have been complied with.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS: f

S attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by

the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
i endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the
seal of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
