AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE PARKS AND RECREATION FUND
BALANCE FOR THE MCKAY PARK PROJECT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Parks and
Recreation Fund $60,000 for Account No. 21-99-515A McKay Park
Project.
Section 2. The Restricted Parks and Recreation Fund Balance
is hereby decreased by $60,000.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

CERTIFICATION BY MAYOR
I hereby certify that the sums appropriated in the ordinance are
