AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SCHEDULE
J PARKING PROHIBITED OF SECTION 18-401 BY REMOVING PARKING IN THE
NORTH/SOUTH ALLEY SOUTH OF MISSOURI BOULEVARD BETWEEN DELAWARE AND
OHIO STREETS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule J, Parking Prohibited, of Section 18-401
of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended
by removing parking in the north/south alley south of Missouri
Boulevard between Delaware and Ohio Streets.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
