AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING CHAPTER
4 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, BY THE DELETION OF SECTION 4-35 BONDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
action I. Chapter 4 Alcoholic Beverages of the Code of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the deletion of
Section 4 .35 Bonds which reads as follows:
Bee. 4-3S. Bond.
Before any license shall be issued pursuant to the provisions
of this article, the applicant therefor shall execute and file
with the finance department a bond in the sum of two thousand
dollars ($2, 000.00) , with good and sufficient sureties, such
bond to be approved by the board of liquor control,
conditioned that the person obtaining such license shall keep
at all times an orderly house in conformity with this article,
and that he will not sell, give away or otherwise dispose of
or suffer the same to be done about his premises any
intoxicating liquor in any quantity to any minor, or on Sunday
to anyone, or to an habitual drunkard, and conditioned that
he will not violate any of the provisions of this article, and
that he will pay all taxes and license fees provided for
herein, together with all fines and penalties which may be
adjudged against him under the provisions of this article.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
