ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF MONTICELLO ACRES, SECTION FIVE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Elmer F. Goldammer and Lorene B. Goldammer, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the
City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows :
Part of the west half of the southwest quarter of
Section 3 , Township 44 North, Range 12 West , in the
City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows :
From the southeast corner of the west half of the
southwest quarter of said Section 3; thence N 030 52 '
04" W, along the quarter quarter section line, 1455 .89
feet to the northeast corner of Monticello Acres ,
Section Three, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11,
Page 297, Cole County Recorder' s Office , and the POINT
OF BEGINNING for this description; thence along the
boundary of said Monticello Acres , Section Three , the '
following courses : S 790 34 ' 16" W, 275 .00 feet;
thence S 460 33' 33" W, 375.00 feet; thence S 070 02 '
59" W, 100. 00 feet to a point on the northern boundary
of Williamsburg Way Condominium Plat - 1 , as per plat
of record in Plat Book 11 , Page 304 , Cole County
Recorder' s Office; thence leaving the boundary of said
Monticello Acres, Section Three, westerly along the
northern boundary of said Williamsburg Way Condominium
Plat - 1 , the following courses : N 740 44 ' 50" W,
202 .50 feet; thence N 84 ° 24 ' 12" W, 233 . 39 feet to the
easterly boundary of Lot No. 21 of Monticello Acres ,
Section One, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11 ,
Page 256, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence leaving
the northern boundary of Williamsburg Way Condominium
Plat - 1 , N 030 57 ' 10" W, along the easterly boundary
of said Lot No. 21, 690.83 feet; thence N 790 52 ' 22"
E, 125 . 00 feet ; thence N 370 41 ' 53" E, 150. 00 feet;
thence N 740 22 ' 24" E, 405. 00 feet; thence S 750 12 '
35" E, 404 . 75 feet to a point on the east line of the
west half of the southwest quarter of Section 3,
Township 44 North, Range 12 West ; thence S 030 52 ' 04"
E, along the quarter quarter section line , 505.93 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 17 .01 acres .

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and properly
signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision known and
referred to as Monticello Acres, Section Five, that all taxes
have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been full complied with
by the owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Monticello Acres, Section Five,
lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

• FINAL PLAT
RE: A request filed by Elmer F. and Lorene B. Goldammer for
approval of a final plat of Monticello Acres, Section
Five.
This plat is for a 17 acre tract located north of
Williamsburg Way and south of West Truman Boulevard. The request
for approval of this 23 lot subdivision was accompanied by a
request to rezone the same tract from PUD, Planned Unit
Development , to RS-1 , Single Family Residential.
The plat was reviewed by the Departments of Public Works and
Planning and Code Enforcement. Staff recommended at the
Jefferson City Planning and Zoning Commission meeting of October
13 , 1988 that the plat be approved. The Commission voted
unanimously to approve the plat .
